  • Our primary ways to book an appointment are by telephone (412)520-5526 and online booking (Square).

  • We accept payment by cash, gift card, and debit or credit card. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

    When booking through our app, we provide a credit authorization form before any payments are accepted.

    Regarding tips - we are unable to add tips to our merchant services at checkout. We provide access to ATM services at both Murrysille and Canonsburg locations.

  • Please contact us by text or phone (412)520-5526. We allow a maximum 15 minute grace period, after which we will charge the full price of service(s) booked.

  • All appointments are confirmed via text or email. Clients will be contacted prior to appointment time if not confirmed in our booking app.

    We allow changes or cancelations up to 24 hours prior to appointment. If arrangements are not made prior to this point, we will charge for the service(s) booked in our appointment app.

  • We recommend that all clients book in advance. That said, if you are walking by you are welcome to ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • At this time, tips cannot be added to our POS system. ATM services are available at both locations; you are welcome to discuss alternatives with you service provider.

  • To ensure the best quality result for your visit, we prefer our clients do not eat during their appointment.

  • For safety reasons and insurance purposes children are only permitted in the salon if they have an appointment.

    We do not permit a child under the age of 12 to receive acrylic services.

  • At this time, the only pets we would allow during an appointment would be service animals.
